These are the most popular Turkish pistachios. Antep Turkish Pistachios, the closest to the supreme Iranian variety, are the smallest pistachio, a little harder to open than the California, but pack the most punch.
Peeled outer skin of pistachio is roasted at 150ÂșC with addition of max. 0.9% salt after pre-sieving and sorting. Desired size and pack of pistachio are delivered to the customer after roasting.
SIIRT
Siirt pistachios have one of the most exotic tantalizing tastes found only in this nut. This roasted and salted variety of pistachios offers a stronger, more vivid pistachio flavor. These are much larger in size than the Antep variety.

FIRST QUALITY MAWARDI
Harvested between 15 and 30th August and shell is separated. The kernels are coarse and 70% are green. Used in halva and ice-cream sectors. Contain less amount of oil.
SECOND QUALITY MAWARDI
Harvested between 15 and 30th August and shell is separated. The kernels are coarse and 45% are green. Used in halva and ice-cream sectors. Contain less amount of oil.
PEELED PISTACHIO
Produced from whole green pistachio kernel by peeling inner skin. Intensively, used in salami, cake and meal sectors and gives unique perspective and taste to added product.
PEELED PISTACHIO PIECES
Produced by chopping peeled green pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced desired size between 1-7mm and moisture with 5% sieve tolerance. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors to decorate products. Preferred by private customer for special products due to its high cost.
SLICED PISTACHIO
Used to decorate some products. Peeled green pistachio is sliced between 0.70-1.40 mm in size. The taste and perspective of product are increased by adding this type over the products like Cezerye, Deligth, Halva, and Cake.
PISTACHIO PIECES
Produced by chopping green pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced desired size between 1-7mm and moisture. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors. Preferred by customer due to containing more green color when compared with Mawardi one.
ROASTED PISTACHIO PIECES
Produced by chopping Mawardi pistachio kernels many times. It can be produced desired size between 1-7mm and moisture. Used in chocolate, halva and ice-cream sectors. Preferred by customer due to containing more green color when compared with red one.
POWDER
Produced by chopping peeled green pistachio kernels so many times. Used in ice-cream and cake sectors for decoration of some products.
